Shipping: All shipping charges are basesd on the size of the box, weight , and delivery locations.

Exchanges – All Sales are Final….. Exceptions- if there is a manufactor defect on the product. Any item that is returned will be replaced with the same item. Note: No item will be except if a Return Merchandise Authorization is not completed and accompany with the return.

Lingerie can only be returned if the tags are still on it for a exchange only.
